To Whom It May Concern: Alpine Realty Group were our real estate agents during our search for a home during the winter of 2008/09. We were looking for a home for our family as we moved from the Tri-Cites to Gaylord.

ARG did a tremendous job and I would highly recommend them to any prospective clients. Some of the action items "ARG" did exceptionally well included:

  • Preparing us for Northern Michigan, letting us know areas to live in that were desirable, given our family dynamics and areas that we may want to avoid. They not only gave us their opinion, but also provided solid explanations.
  • Gathering critical information prior to showing us any homes including: work locations, proximity to schools (based on ages of our children), traffic tolerance, hobbies, etc.
  • Coordinating showings in an effort to maximize our time, while reducing idle down time. We were shown twelve houses on the first day, and thirteen on the second. Each of the homes was well within our specifications.
  • They were knowledgeable pointing out the positive and negative of each home, while allowing us the space to make our own decisions. ARG are not high pressure sales people. They want each family to choose the right home for their family.
  • Follow-up and follow-through are important to us. ARG fulfilled all the promises he made. This included helping us with: inspections, setting up utilities, getting our kids enrolled in school, buying house insurance, locating an electrician, etc.

Overall, we couldn’t have envisioned an agency as helpful as ARG. If you want a realtor who looks out for his clients and gets the job done, my wife and I would highly recommend Alpine Realty Group.

To Whom It May Concern:

We were living in California and I had been offered a position in the Gaylord, Michigan area. I attempted to first contact two Realtors at two different companies in Gaylord and received no response in over a week. I was given contact information for Alpine Realty Group by a couple of my co-workers as Realtors, and they responded back immediately. Since we were out of the area, our only research of houses for sale was through the internet. I sent ARG what my family was looking at as potentials and they in return responded back with the availability of the houses we were interested in and additional houses available in the Gaylord area that were not posted on the internet. Alpine Realty Group are not a 9-5 Realtor, and made sure that we were provided the information in a timely manner even after hours either through e-mail or a telephone call.

 

I flew into Michigan for 4 days to look for and potentially purchase a home. One of their Realtors had a detailed schedule setup prior to my arrival to ensure that I maximized my schedule and show me the houses that met our needs or had the potential to meet our needs. He understood my situation that my wife and family were not with me and that I had to coordinate any potential offer through them and did not push for a decision immediately. After every house that we looked at, he asked me what I liked and disliked about the home so that he could get a better idea on what house would be to our liking.

 

ARG are NOT your typical Realtors. We have bought and sold a house before and he didn’t help us buy a house and disappear out of sight like the others we have done business with. ARG helped us in setting up the house inspection and gave us all the pertinent information concerning utilities, schools, home insurance, electrician, plumber, and other amenities that we may need both immediately and for future reference. A week after closing ARG followed up with us to ensure that everything was going well and to see if we need any additional help or information. They truly far exceeded our expectations of a Realtor.

 

ARG know their business and their clients because our house is perfect, the neighborhood is exactly what we were looking for, and the price was right. If you want Realtors who looks out for their clients’ needs and wants and gets the job done, my family and I would highly recommend Alpine Realty Group.
